Laila Ali, a former boxing champion, is unquestionably one of the greatest female boxers the world has ever seen. She truly benefited from her father, Muhammad Ali’s coaching and boxing DNA. But like any other athlete, she worked very hard to develop into the athlete and the person she is now. Serving as a motivation to her followers, she recently spoke about the one rule she and her husband follow in order to keep harmony and positivity in their marriage.
Laila Ali recently appeared in an interview where she shed some light on various deep subjects and spoke about life in general. While talking about her husband Curtis Conway, a former NFL player. She revealed she does the little things for her husband even if she wasn’t too elated about it. Similarly, she said, “And the things that I like him to do, because I’m like, I get excited when I see him doing work around the house, and doing things around the house whereas he may be a little bit of procrastinator.”

“And I’m like I told you that those light bulbs need to be fixed, and I told you that knob was loose. And I will get animosity and get irritated with you if you don’t take care of those things, right?”
She was also admitted to the Boxing Hall of Fame, just like her father. She is now known not only for being a brilliant boxer but also as a motivational speaker and an example to people all over the world. Laila has been married to former NFL player Curtis Conway since 2007, and they have two children together.

Muhammad Ali was hesitant to support his daughter’s boxing in the squared circle. Laila eventually started practicing covertly when she was 19 years old. She made the decision to make her pro boxing debut after three years of hard work and dedication. She made a striking debut, knocking out her opponent in just 31 seconds.

After winning her first title in 2002, Laila went on to rule the female boxing scene. Even though her father didn’t support her boxing, he showed up at her boxing matches and it certainly made him proud.
