After achieving almost everything there was to achieve, Tyson Fury went through a dark phase of mental depression and substance abuse. However, he was able to make a comeback and eventually worked his way up to the title.

Tyson Fury faced Deontay Wilder in December 2018. It was a back and forth battle between the two. Although many people thought that Fury had done enough to win, the bout was scored as a draw. In one of the most anticipated rematches in heavyweight boxing history, Fury will face Wilder for one more time on February 22, 2020.

Throughout the build-up of the bout, the “Gypsy King” has made some absurd claims regarding his preparation for the rematch. He once said that he “masturbates 7 times a day” to keep his testosterone up. In another interview, when he was questioned about his chin, Fury said that he does a lot of “p***y licking” to strengthen his jaw.

He further added, “If you haven’t got penicillin, always double bag up.”

Over the last few months, Tyson Fury has said some wild things. It is not clear what his intentions are. Although his statement may appear funny to some, Fury has mentioned before that if he does not have a goal left to accomplish, he may revert back to his old lifestyle.

Why do you think Tyson Fury makes such statements? Is he trying to mess with the media or get inside his opponent’s head? Or is it something else?
