Chiefly, the UFC President was complimentary of what Mayweather and Paul accomplished with their boxing exhibition. He cosigned the fact that the event pulled in big numbers at the box office. However, as White didn’t take too kindly to certain comments made by his Logan’s younger brother, Jake Paul, he trolled ‘The Problem Child’ for not pulling the same amount of traffic.

“Jake? The other brother, he didn’t do a million [PPV buys]. His brother did a million, him and Floyd did a million. Last time we had a press conference I told you all the Triller stuff is a bunch of bulls**t. They’re lying, their numbers are, those guys really did that number. That’s a real number. They did that.”

“Jake didn’t do that, Logan and Floyd did. And good for them. That’s a real number, they really did that and good for them.”

Jake Paul has targeted the UFC for their pay structure and called out to fighters to make demands for more pay. Dana White hasn’t taken too kindly to Jake Paul’s recent rhetoric and there’s no love lost between them. The disdain between both men began when the long-time UFC boss picked against Paul in his last fight.

Despite what anyone says about Jake Paul, he’s undoubtedly made some massive moves in the sport of boxing. ‘The Problem Child’. who takes on former UFC champion Tyron Woodley next, will want to make a clear statement.

Defeating two UFC fighters in a row would be massive for Jake Paul’s brand and he’ll be keen to continue his ascension. Not to mention, beating two fighters who have been marquee fighters on Dana White’s roster will be extra sweet.
