The YouTube celebrity, Logan Paul, has earned an ample amount of fame and money through his fights in professional boxing. However, Dana White opens up on why ‘The Maverick’ won’t be able to break any pay-per-view records in his upcoming fights.
The UFC President discussed the problems which hamper the profits coming through pay-per-view.

As of March 2022, ‘The Maverick’ has had only 1 professional boxing match and 1 exhibition bout. Thus, it is surprising how a newly turned boxer can earn a bigger income than several elite boxers who have been doing it longer than Paul.

Dana White explains what problems Logan Paul will face
In a podcast with IMPAULSIVE, Dana White explains why Logan Paul can’t set a record in the pay-per-view system.
“Your events, you know your demographic are the pirates man. They‘re the ones.”
“It’s true though, it’s true um. . .piracy and yeah and we’ve taken a hard stance against piracy and we spend millions of dollars a year battling it “
Dana White, the man behind the success of UFC, describes how he is dealing with piracy. He spends a lot of funds to counter the piracy so that he earns clean profits through the PPV of the matches.
He determines how piracy will affect the pay-per-view revenue for any of Logan Paul’s matches. Hence, it will trouble him to set any kind of record.

‘The Maverick’ made a highlight when he was in talks for a fight against ‘The Best Ever.’ He crashed social media when he challenged Floyd Mayweather for a brawl in the ring for an exhibition match.

According to the deal, Logan Paul was promised a 10% cut in revenue generated by PPV. He was estimated to make about $20 Million after the fight. However, he didn’t even earn close to that.
After fighting ‘Money’ Mayweather, he could only yield a million dollars, which is very less compared to Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor, who minted heavy money fighting the same opponent.

Even though Logan Paul seeks a charm from the crowd in his match, there are reasons he can’t make it big in the pay-per-records.
Above all, it seems Logan Paul has to find a way to tackle piracy, which might hinder his income and through PPV in his upcoming matches.
