In the 1856th episode of his podcast with standup comedian Nate Bargatze, Rogan discussed a 600 vs 600 boxing match that took place there and revealed he couldn’t figure out the logic behind the event.

Did you see what they did recently, they had a 600 vs 600 boxing match? 600 people vs 600 people in a field with boxing gloves on and they come toward each other and just beat the holy f**k out of each other?”

He asked Bargatze who then hilariously asked Rogan who would eventually win the match.

Rogan stated he had no idea about this due to the lack of context and then went on to describe the action in the match. “Who f**ng knows? I only watched a small clip on Instagram. I had no idea what the context was, no idea what was happening. But look at this they are running towards each other with f***ing boxing gloves on look at this. These guys in the yellow shirts and guys in the black shirt and its just a fucking swarm of people 2 on 1, 3 on 1, 4 on 1 people beating the f**k out of each other,” he said.

The video was a truly bizarre one as it even left the UFC commentator flabbergasted trying to figure out what exactly was taking place.

The 600 vs 600 boxing match

The event was organized at a festival called ‘Walk the Field’ outside of Moscow. The event was centered as a tribute to Ivan the Terrible and his victory at the Battle of Molodi, 450 years ago. Moreover this was also claimed as the world record for having the most number of people fighting each other at the same time.
