The skeletons of the infamous Oscar incident involving Will Smith and Chris Rock have slowly begun to stay buried. Meanwhile, Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith once posted a tweet after Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s showdown against Conor McGregor.

Mayweather faced McGregor on August 27, 2017. Smith was in favor of Mayweather’s victory in the bout.

Moreover, after the fight, Smith took to social media to show a 2-word appreciation for ‘TBE’.

In a tweet, Smith wrote, “Mayweather. Period.”

In fact, the tweet was a testament to Smith’s respect and admiration for the superstar of boxing.

Mayweather took to social media to congratulate Smith on his first Oscar win. Moreover, he even shared of picture of the duo, that was taken at the after-party of Smith’s movie ‘Concussion’.

In victory, Mayweather extended his super impressive undefeated winning streak to 50 victories. In fact, by winning he broke the record of Hall of Famer Rocky Marciano who had 49 victories under his belt.
