While talking on the MMAFightingonSBN show, Paul described his thoughts about fighting Conor McGregor. He said, “For me fighting a couple more times, continuing to knock some people out and he has to get active again. You know, who knows when that’s going to happen. So, I think those two things need to happen, and then at some point it’s gonna happen. You know, why not, he’s a businessman, I’m a businessman, and that’s you know 75-100 million dollars for both of us.” 

The host further asked him, “Which impossible dream would mean more? Conor or Canelo?”

To which Paul replied, “I think Conor and I would be way more exciting, way more electric. I think we are both, you know, more of a showman than Canelo.”

Apparently, ‘The Problem Child’ feels that a fight between him and the Irishman would be more exciting than with Canelo Alvarez. 

Conor McGregor responds to Jake Paul’s comments on fighting him 

The Ohio native, Jake Paul, has called out some of the biggest names from boxing and the UFC. Even fans want to witness a fight between Paul and a “real fighter”. While talking to Ariel Helwani, the 25-year-old spilled some beans about fighting Conor McGregor.

Following this, even ‘The Notorious’ didn’t leave the chance to mock Paul. He wrote, “You’ve 2 fights and done 70k buys.”

In addition, he posted another tweet saying, “You are a flop. Kid. A nobody”

The Irish superstar believes that Paul is a nobody, despite the American’s eagerness to compete against him. Such comments make it look like that McGregor has no desire to compete against the YouTuber. ‘The Notorious’ is currently inactive in the sport due to an injury. On the other hand, Paul is focused on his August 6 bout with Hasim Rahman Jr.
