At the end of the clip, it was revealed to Rogan that the two fighters were not father and son. However, he was then told by his assistant that the thumbnail was fake and might have been used to generate more clicks.

The match was actually a contest between YouTubers Matt Watson and ‘Dad‘ which might be why Rogan mistook him for Watson’s father. This was not all, as the fans were also quick to react to Rogan’s mistake.
