Jake Paul is not new to engaging in rivalries with bigwigs of combat sports. Paul, over the past 11 months, predominantly set his sights on UFC icons like Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz, Ben Askren, and more. Recently, the YouTuber turned boxer, locked horns with rising UFC sensation, Khamzat Chimaev.

Chimaev is getting bigger and better in the UFC, and he’s also staying active on his social handles. That said, ‘Borz’ recently took a dig at the Paul brothers, which later infuriated ‘The Problem Child’.

Jake Paul has earned himself a lot of rivals in a relatively short span of time. He primarily targets the UFC elites, however, Khamzat Chimaev never seemed in his plans for the long run. But after ‘Borz’ fired the first shot, he may have earned himself a spot on Jake Paul’s hit list.

On December 18, Jake Paul will enter the boxing ring and will compete with a professional boxer for the first time. If he manages to beat Tommy Fury, he might call out Khamzat Chimaev for his next outing.

However, if he wins, fans may want him to face more professional punchers. On the flip side, if he loses, fans may accuse him of scurrying back to fight non-professionals. Hence, it seems unlikely that Paul will face someone from the UFC or any retired MMA star.

With this, a fight between him and Chimaev seems impossible in the near future.
