Mike Tyson is called the ‘baddest man on the planet’ to date. This title was bestowed on him after he proved to be one of the most intimidating opponents to exist in combat sports. However, under all that male bravado and killer aura, Mike Tyson actually has a great sense of humor.

Reflecting on his later years, his take on humor is a bit different from the average individual.

In an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, Mike Tyson had a three-hour talk that encompassed various topics. During the podcast, Tyson stated something that his wife thought of him and burst out laughing. Recalling the experience, this is what Tyson had to say. 

Listen. My wife thinks something’s wrong with me. I was at one of my shows and it was one of the elevated stage. I was like I don’t know, forty feet in the air. And he [fan] say, ‘Hey Mike, you like my clothes?’ He came and he tried to jump on the stage, but he jumped and his leg hit the stage and he kept going down.”

He continued, “I’m laughing, my wife lookin at me, ‘Why you laughin at people?’… I couldn’t help it.Tyson showcased a bit of his childish side when he burst into laughter at seeing another person physically fall. This is one of the funnier and lighthearted stories in comparison to more of his gritty background and stories of the past.

Mike Tyson scared Joe Rogan 

Mike Tyson always manages to keep his talk as transparent as possible and he never holds back from what he needs to say to others. Guest on a show or not, Mike Tyson does not take it easy when people laugh at things he means in a serious tone.

Iron Mike has been on The Joe Rogan Experience more than once. On the Joe Rogan Experience #1532, Mike Tyson opened up about his journey with CTE or brain damage. Joe Rogan was in a more of an amused mood, which was off-putting to Tyson. He repeatedly stated that he was being ‘Serious’.

After this, Joe Rogan managed to turn a little more attentive and empathetic toward what Mike Tyson had to say. Rogan then carried the conversation to other topics which led Tyson away from the slowly heating moment.
