After half a decade, UFC’s most charismatic and entertaining fighter, Nick Diaz, will finally appear under the big lights to fulfill his love for fighting. He will battle out his old foe, Robbie Lawler, on the Volkanovski vs Ortega card this weekend. The entire MMA community is excited about this bout and they cannot wait to see Diaz create some highlight-reel moments in this fight.

Not only the MMA fanbase, but boxing legends are also hooked in for this fight. Recently, in an exclusive chat with Es News, Mike Tyson shed some light on Diaz’s return.

Nick Diaz last fought in 2015 against another legend in Anderson Silva. Prior to that, he kept an active stint and fought the likes of George St. Pierre and more. Though Diaz failed to claim wins in these important fights, he remained popular.

Right from the beginning, Diaz has been a fan favorite fighter, and throughout his career, he has remained active. Now, after 6 years out, he will look to claim a huge win over ‘Ruthless’ Robbie Lawler.

This fight doesn’t guarantee a title shot for either of the two fighters, as both men have been inactive and are past their primes. Nevertheless, entertainment value will be at an all-time high at UFC 266.
