Tyson Fury is one of the best boxers of this era and arguably one of the greatest Heavyweight boxers of all time. ‘The Gypsy King’ is undefeated and he’s professionally fought 33 times in total. He is currently the WBC World Heavyweight champion, and the man always delivers when it comes to boxing fights. His next anticipated fight is against another undefeated Heavyweight boxer, Oleksandr Usyk. The fight is still in the initial phase of getting confirmed. But it is bound to happen this year, and fans are really hoping that this bout doesn’t turn out as Errol Spence Jr. vs. Terrance Crawford.

Fury loves boxing, but he’s also a fan of other combat sports. Even in the past, he’s shown some interest in participating in a fight inside the Octagon. Well, recently Fury shared an iconic clip from an old UFC fight between Cheick Kongo and Pat Barry, on his Instagram Story.

Tyson Fury shared a clip of the MMA fight between Cheick Kongo and Pat Barry on his Instagram Story. And this fight is known to have the most unexpected knockout in UFC history. Although it happened back in 2011, it’s safe to say that it’s still one of the best fights in the UFC. The caption on the video shared by Fury, read, “wildest 30 seconds in UFC history.

Cheick Kongo and Pat Barry’s fight was supposed to be the co-main event on the card. But it got promoted to the main event, as the original main event between Nate Marquardt and Rick Story, got called off at the last minute. At the start of the round, Barry got a good hit on Kongo’s face, and he dropped to the ground, stunned. But Kongo was not ready to give up yet. He fought through adversity and stood up again.

The two started trading heavy blows, and Kongo swung his arm hard when one of his punches landed on Barry’s chin. And that’s how Kongo turned the tables in just 2 minutes and 39 seconds of the first round. Tyson Fury was then left speechless after watching the fight.

But this is not the first time Fury has shown interest in a UFC fight. Prior to this, he also proposed to fight a hybrid match inside a cage and with lighter gloves. And that too against one of the best MM Heavyweight fighters, Francis Ngannou.
