The Youtuber turned boxing sensation Jake Paul is gearing up to find a suitable opponent for his August 13 return. The undefeated (5-0) is going to lace gloves after a long layoff. The last he fought was against former UFC welterweight champ Tyron Woodley. It turned out to be a sensational TKO win for the internet star.

He said, “Is it just a case of there’s nobody else willing to do it? That’s how I feel; Jake Paul is the most feared man in boxing. There is nobody in boxing with a meaningful record or any kind of name or reputation that has called him out and they’re hoping that their phone doesn’t ring because they don’t want that.”

According to Sonnen, if Tyson Fury’s younger brother meets the Ohio boxer in the ring, it would be the highest payday of their career. Moreover, he was of the opinion that Paul is not getting a fight against any established pugilists because there is a fear of losing in the minds of these stalwarts.

The rivalry between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul

Like ‘The Problem Child’, Tommy Fury is also a star on the social media platform. It was his elder brother Tyson fury, the two-time world heavyweight champion, who made it easy for Tommy Fury to get into the ring. Fury has a record of 7-0 with four wins coming out by way of knockout.

After several cutting exchanges, the duo made up their mind to settle scores in the ring. The pair were fighters of the same status with a massive following across the internet so it created a pretty intense hype for their matchup.
