Darren Till Trolls Deontay Wilder for Falsely Accusing Tyson Fury

Darren Till is one of the best middleweights in the world. ‘The Gorilla’ is a fan favorite not only for his skills inside the octagon but also for his personality.

Till is an extremely jovial individual who often posts on social media memes of himself and other fighters. The latest victims were Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder

Wilder suffered the first loss of his career in February against Tyson Fury. He was thoroughly beaten. The referee stopped the fight in the seventh round when Wilder’s coach threw in the Towel.

Since his loss, Wilder has blamed everything from spiked water to heavy costumes for his loss. Darren wasted no time in finding the best meme and sharing it. 

Darren Till pokes fun at Deontay Wilder’s recent claims 

Till posted a meme on Twitter. The photo showed Tyson Fury’s face photoshopped onto Mark Breland’s face as Breland was holding up a water bottle for him. The caption read “What really happened.”

The meme came in the wake of absurd new claims made by Deontay Wilder. In an interview with 78SportsTV ‘The Bronze Bomber’ said:

About 15 minutes before going out to the fight, warming up on the mitts, it was perfect, I felt great. Until I went to the ring. That transformation, I was drinking certain water and stuff, trying to keep myself hydrated.

“I just start feeling weird. My water was spiked as if I took a muscle relaxer or something like that.”

He continued, “After a fight is over with and it doesn’t go in your favor, you’re always looking for what happened. Certain things, the atmosphere just didn’t seem right.

“It felt like something was about to go down, and not in my favor. It wasn’t just the suit, my water was tampered with.”

‘The Gorilla’ vs Jack Hermansson in jeopardy?

‘The Gorilla’ is set to take on Jack Hermansson on December 5 at the Apex. However, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that the country will go into a lockdown.

The lockdown might affect the fight, as Till may not be allowed to travel to the United States. For the sake of the MMA community, we hope that it does not get to a situation where the fight will have to be canceled.
