I can only imagine. I already know what I’m capable of doing but I can only imagine how a face would be deteriorated of me coming full force from a high position threshing downward. It can get pretty scary.” said Wilder.

Deontay Wilder returns to boxing after a year

The Bronze Bomber is set to make his comeback to the squared circle after almost a year of absence. He will take on Finnish boxer Robert Helenius on October 15th at the Barclays arena. Moreover, this will be his first fight since his trilogy defeat against Tyson Fury last year. Wilder suffered an 11th-round stoppage loss in his third fight against Fury last October, putting an end to their historic rivalry.

Wilder went undefeated for the first 43 fights of his career, with a draw against Fury being the lone blemish. He will now look to add another win against Helenius and get his career back on track.
