Jamie Foxx revealed a bulked up and ripped version of himself as he gears up to play Heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson in a biopic. Upon seeing the images, fans were excited about the transformation. This is because the actor has really put in the work to mirror the look of ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet.’ Now a combat sports personality has also expressed his admiration for the Academy Award winner’s stunning transformation.

The UFC President shared a split image of Foxx on the left and ‘Iron’ in his prime on the right. He wrote, “(Jamie Foxx) as (Mike Tyson) u know he will kill this role. I’m PUMPED to see this movie!!!!

Whilst on an Instagram live with Mark Birnbaum, the actor revealed his bulked up upper body. Furthermore, he even showed fans that he is practicing speaking akin to Mike Tyson.

In his own voice he said, I called Mike a couple of years ago and asked him how he’s doing. Now, in ‘Iron’s voice he continued, “I’m just happy, I’m just happy cause I have crazy amounts of money. I don’t have any vultures around me, nobody can take anything from me, I’m just happy. How are you, good brother?”

It matched to such an extent that if one watched the video with their eyes shut they would assume it was the former Heavyweight Champion speaking.

Foxx is no stranger to portraying real-life characters on screen. In addition to musician Ray Charles, he has played characters like Walter McMillian in Just Mercy and Nathaniel Ayers in The Soloist. Furthermore, the actor even played Muhammad Ali’s longtime cornerman, Drew Bundini Brown in the 2001 film ‘Ali.’

However, this time, he is the lead and is leaving no stone unturned as he attempts to bring to life one of the most, if not the most controversial boxing character.
