Besides proving his ability to sell a fight, Ryan Garcia earned widespread recognition with a surprisingly impressive win over Devin Haney. Consequently, dazzled by Garcia’s unique personality, the WWE now wants ‘KingRy’ to be part of its roster.
Well, last year ahead of his fight against Gervonta Davis aka Abdul Wahid, Ryan Garcia appeared on WWE before WrestleMania 39 kicked off. And despite being a professional boxer whose matches aren’t scripted, Garcia spoke about the WWE most respectfully.
In his opinion, performing at WrestleMania, “You feel every type of emotion you could possibly feel.” However, he also admitted the discipline and devotion a professional wrestler required to tackle the pressure and perform all the breath-taking techniques they practice for years. “So, it tests everything about you,” Garcia had added. At this, certainly, the WWE was pleased by Garcia’s comment. But, who knew that the company would later see a potential employee in the boxer from California?
