In light of recent events, Sony chose to do the right thing by postponing its PlayStation 5 games reveal event. However, the fans love any sort of reveal they can be privy to. Recently, a video surfaced across Twitter, where we got a glimpse of the user interface in PS5. Moreover, an advertisement running on Twitch gave away the date for the previously canceled event.

Twitter user, Daniel Ahmad broke the news, having come across the commercial on Twitch. Soon after the advertisement, the PlayStation Twitter handle announced the new date for the event as June 11. After the user interface video, fans are sure to be excited to hear from Sony directly.

The event was initially scheduled on June 4th, however, Sony was quick to postpone with an outright statement. They led the way to show that right now, humanity is more important than anything else. Their tweet on June 2nd clearly mentioned how more critical voices needed to be heard at that moment.
