Bullsh**”! Jorge Masvidal Wins the BMF Title Via Doctor’s Stoppage, Nate Diaz Furious After the Fight

You have to agree with the crowd in the arena here as they chanted “Bullsh**” at the end of UFC 244. That’s not how fans were expecting the most-anticipated fight to end at UFC 244. This fight was not the one for the faint-hearted. Nate Diaz goes to war against Jorge Masvidal for three rounds before the ringside doctors stopped the fight due to a cut around Diaz’s eye.

The fight was nothing like we have seen inside the octagon. Jorge Masvidal gave his all to send Nate Diaz to the shadow realm. He as throwing bombs which would have probably knocked out any other welterweights in the world, but not Nate Diaz.

in the very first minute, it was obvious that Jorge Masvidal was the better striker overall. He had fast hands which troubled Diaz in early minutes. There was even a point when it looked like Masvidal was going to knock out Diaz. But who are we kidding? There is no knocking out the Diaz brothers. Nate Diaz ate everything Masvidal had throw at him and came forward like a zombie ready to fight.

As the fight progresses Diaz was getting into his rhythm. In the early minutes, the battle on the ground was pretty even between Masvidal and Diaz, but in the third round, Diaz was doing more damage on the ground. Nate Diaz is championship round fighter. He is at his best when the fight goes to the 4th and 5th round, and when his opponent is gassed out. However, it was pretty disappointing to watch the fight ending in an anti-climatic manner.

The story does not end here, however. Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz want to run it back and so do the fans. After the win, Masvidal assured the rowdy fans that this is not the last time they have seen him fight Diaz. Even Diaz issues a warning to Masvidal saying: “I am coming back for your ass Motherf***er”.

Considering the way the these rounds went and the way the fight ended, the fans would want nothing but to see these two warriors going at each other again.
