IBF super-middleweight champion Caleb Plant has been in 21 professional fights and has won all of them so far. However, none of those bouts were anywhere close to his upcoming scrap against the P4P King Canelo Alvarez. On November 6, ‘Sweethands’ will come across the toughest test of his career in his most lucrative bout.

However, there’s much more than riches that drive Caleb Plant. Ahead of the career-defining fight, Plant connected with Michelle Joy Phelps of Behind The Gloves to address several scenarios. He detailed why every fight fan should watch the PPV and catch Plant vs Alvarez live.
Caleb Plant said, “I think the biggest reason that they should purchase the pay-per-view for any fight fan or just sports fan, in general, is not only are you witnessing probably the biggest fight of the year. But you are witnessing history when you buy this fight.”

After vanquishing Callum Smith in December and Billy Joe Saunders in May, Canelo Alvarez has put his hands on the WBA, WBC, and WBO world super-middleweight titles. He is just short of Caleb Plant’s IBF belt to grab all four straps at 168. Meanwhile, Plant also has an undefeated record to defend. This turns the nearing fight into a must-win situation for both men.
Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant: A Deeper Look
Coming into the fight, both the champions have no love for each other. As they got violent during the face-off at their press conference, it’s clear that they would be itching to unleash violence on each other in the ring.
