All we know so far about the new Call of Duty 2020 title

There are many rumors going around the game. New titles from the series are usually announced during this time. However, there has been no official news so far. This led many to theorize that Activision could delay the game; presumably to 2021.

The title, however, was earlier reported to be a Black Ops spin-off. Another leak confirming the rumor came about last month.

An image with the Call of Duty logo made rounds. It had Black Ops written with what looked like a Cold War backdrop. Fans also hinted that it could actually be a Black Ops reboot.

The Gaming Revolution on Youtube gave a bit more insight when the news broke. They also reported about a patch that suggests it’s an Internal Alpha on a PS4 server.

The title on the aforementioned patch was named “The Red Door.” It was found out to be a 71GB patch. The game modes that were listed on the patch included WZZM (probably Warzone Zombie Mode), MP (multiplayer), ZM (zombie mode), WZ (Warzone), and CP (probably campaign/co-op).

The Red Door could be an ode to the Red Army and the USSR.

The game is heavily anticipated by players across the globe. With the new file spotted by the Redditor, Activision could announce the game in the upcoming days.
