Activision and Infinity Ward have announced another Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Multiplayer Free Access Weekend, and it’s not even been a month since the last one.

The best part about this free access weekend is that anyone can access the renowned MW multiplayer by merely having their version of Warzone up to date. This implies that there will be no considerable download process to gain access to Modern Warfare free weekend. Those who don’t have free-to-play Warzone downloaded need to download it to jump into the Call Of Duty title’s renowned multiplayer gameplay.

How To Avail The Free Access Weekend?

Those who have Warzone client already installed only need to wait for the update to go live. Those who don’t have Warzone are advised to get that download going because it is a massive one. As it is a chunky game, it requires around 100GB of free space.

On PC, you can install Warzone via the Battle.net client. If you’re a console player, you’ll find Warzone through the digital store listings on PlayStation 4 and Xbox. Xbox One players also need to make sure they have an Xbox Live Gold subscription to access the free multiplayer weekend.

There are some limitations, although Modern Warfare will be free to play this weekend. Gamers accessing the free content through Warzone will need to click on a special playlist tab that attaches Modern Warfare multiplayer, and they won’t have free will when it comes to what type of game mode they will end up in.
