Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer and Outbreak Mode Available to Download for Free Until June 1

The Call of Duty franchise has jumped leaps and bounds in popularity ever since it started almost two decades ago. Currently, the series’ most recent titles involve Battle Royale modes in Warzone, along with Multiplayer and Zombies in Black Ops Cold War. For the next few days, fans can play all of these games for free as part of Activision’s latest offering.
Along with that, Activision has also added an entirely new Gun Game mode revolving around the title’s latest operator in Rambo.

Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Update Changes You Might Not Have Noticed
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer and Outbreak Modes to be free till June 1
In the game’s latest patch notes, Activision revealed that the Multiplayer and Zombies Outbreak mode of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War will be available to download for free until June 1. This wouldn’t include other Zombies modes like the Firebase Z and Die Maschine DLCs of the game, along with the Black Ops Cold War campaign.
Activision has introduced free trials like this before to add more players into the fray. People who haven’t played the game or any of the titles from the franchise can sign up and experience the action-packed experience of the title. From Die Hardpoint, Rambo’s Gun Game to Standoff and Nuketown 24/7, the game has all the offerings for some amazing thrills.

The new Rambo’s Gun Game
For the past few weeks, fans heard a lot of rumbling regarding the release of the Sylvester Stallone character, Rambo. He was first teased in a teaser for the title, and fans were really excited to try him out in the game. Following his release in mid-May, Treyarch has now released a new game mode titled, Rambo’s Gun Game.
As per the blog post, the mode will involve standard Gun Game rules but, players won’t have access to any perks, scorestreaks, or custom loadouts. Plus, regular Spy Plane sweeps of the mini-map will reveal the position of enemies. The list of 20 weapons now includes guns like the Combat Bow, War Machine, RPG-7, and even the Death Machine as well to invoke the Rambo franchise’s explosive experience.

Players who download the game as part of the free trial can gain access to Rambo’s Gun Game and go ballistic with it. It’s an extremely nice offering from the developers, and players should definitely play it.
