Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is all hyped up, especially for the return of zombies in the game. Treyarch had created the original Zombies mode as a part of games like CoD World at War and the initial three titles under Black Ops. The latest addition to the Call of Duty franchise, Cold War, is set to release on November 13 this year and fans are still waiting for the official reveal of Zombies mode in the game.

NoahJ456 has confirmed that the official reveal will be on Monday, and will come ahead of season 6 in CoD: Warzone in Modern Warfare.

Hazmat suits and nuclear radiations in Call of Duty Cold War?

Pawntakespawn is a viral gaming website that has worked extensively on revealing CoD: Cold War information. It has provided three images for the Zombie gameplay, which are most probably from the intro cut-scene for the map Die Maschine.

The first image includes a bunch of dead Zombies lying on the floor. These Zombies seem to be Soviet as well as Nazis, as the game will heavily feature German and Russian forces given its premise.

The second image is very interesting as it gives way to a number of possibilities. The image, at first glance, looks like the Jugger-Nog machine as the Jugger-Nog perk is also making its return in Call of Duty Cold War. But other speculations claim that this is a radiation reader machine. Even this assumption is acceptable because the teaser trailer of Zombies had confirmed Hazmat suits and a Nuke in the game.

Last but not least, it can be a device of some sort to eliminate a larger number of Zombies, but that’s less likely to happen because there is already a ray gun, which is the wonder weapon for this map. However, it is up to fans to believe any of these claims before the official announcement.

The third image shows some Zombies running to a character. But it’s really not possible to identify him. One thing that catches the eye is the gas mask on the face of the Zombies as well as the character. It seems like the character is using the assault rifle variant of the ray gun.

Map locations are changed from Germany to Poland

Apart from these images, some fans are also talking about the actual location of Die Maschine. This map is a remake of the Nacht Der Untoten from Call of Duty World at War. Nacht Der Untoten is located in Germany, but in the Cold War, Die Maschine is located in Morasko, which is in Poland. Turns out, Morasko is actually a crash site for a meteor which german soldiers had discovered in 1914.

Now that’s a lot of information before the actual reveal of Zombies! It is astonishing that all these speculations are just parts of it. Fans will hope that the game, in its true sense, is much better than these leaks.
