Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is gradually turning out to be an average game. Since it first launched last year, players realized not much had changed from Modern Warfare 2019. Treyarch had made a game that was as shambolic or worse when it came to player experience.
Then how does one explain the tremendous sales of BOCW? Call of Duty as a franchise was always successful, and Activision does well to keep the player base frustrated with one game per year. After that, they assign another studio to make another game that has no regard for the problems players face.
Additionally, Treyarch became famous for its Black Ops series a long time ago. The reason was the Zombies mode. Zombies attracted an enormous amount of players to the games, which included people who did not like multiplayer FPS in the first place.

With BOCW, Treyarch worked hard to provide its players with the best Zombies experience. With the help of new-gen consoles and top of the line gaming technology, we have the best Zombies experience in years in BOCW.
Treyarch recently launched Firebase Z, the first DLC map in BOCW Zombies. However, Easter Egg hunters have gone above and beyond to find out what is coming next. The ending cutscene of Firebase Z teased the Ural Mountains, and we believe that is the next DLC map.

However, a New York map might also be in the charts and there is some data to back this claim.

The clear mention of New York in the message and the map in the room point out the fact that New York is part of an upcoming DLC. No more information is available on this subject at the moment. The Ural Mountain launch might give us more on the topic in Season 2. Nonetheless, the idea of a Zombie map in the 1980s New York is enough to give the chills.
