Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is finally out, and it’s chaos worldwide. Apparently, the game’s servers have crashed within an hour of release, as fans reported about it on Twitter. Four hours back, Infinity Ward made the most-awaited announcement, confirming the game going live. And with the massive ongoing hype, thousands of players logged in to get their hands on it. Sadly, they had to wait until further updates as each of them faced some issue or other.

Modern Warfare 2 was the most anticipated game of the year, and the franchise did a fantastic job to lure millions of players, before the official release. They conducted multiple marketing campaigns, game sneak-peeks, early access to a few, and a beta for the community. Plus, Activision opened the campaign version two days earlier, giving fans a massive surprise. So, with all this on the line, fans were not ready to waste a single minute to get into a game. But sadly, they faced multiple issues logging in, limiting them to the main screen until further updates.

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 community disappointed after server crash 

After months of anticipation, Activision finally dropped Modern Warfare 2 for fans. The game went live on October 28, 2022, giving full access to thousands of fans. While the entire Call Of Duty community celebrated its arrival, their smiles instantly wiped off. Apparently, they were disappointed with the franchise as their servers crashed right minutes after the worldwide release.

Sadly, each fan faced a different issue spanning from login, game stuck at early access, server down, and a lot more. As a result, they found their peace tweeting about the same while alerting Infinity Ward and Activision to instantly address the issue. To this, the former posted an update saying, “We’re aware of an issue preventing players from accessing the menu mid-match and are actively working on a fix. Stay tuned.”

While the chaos continued for hours, popular Call Of Duty informants joined the parade with their opinions. First, ModernWarzone suggested that the problem is for MW2 PC, claiming to face more issues while playing with friends, as compared to solo. Another informant CharlieIntel, listed down multiple messages flashed on user’s screens.

All in all, the community felt a dark spell cast upon them and wished to search for the light at the end of the tunnel quickly.
