On various occasions, Tom has provided valuable information and updates on Call of Duty games. He is the best person apart from people working for Activision to confirm any rumors. Therefore, a Twitter user asked the insider for details about who is working on the 2021 title of the popular FPS franchise.

Tom Henderson replied with a GIF, once again confirming the involvement of Sledgehammer Games in the development of the upcoming title.

Triple H working on Call of Duty 2021?

Replying to the Twitter user, Tom sent a GIF of WWE superstar Triple H. The GIF had him holding a sledgehammer and things couldn’t have been clearer for fans. Once again, Tom has quenched the thirst of fans curious about the upcoming COD title.

This is not the first time Tom has confirmed Sledgehammer working on the 2021 COD. Previously, he informed fans that there is a race between Infinity Ward and the former. However, for the past couple of weeks, according to reports, Infinity Ward has been out of the race.

This comes as fortunate news for fans as they will no longer have to worry about losing quality. With only one studio focusing on the game, it can give a 100% in development.

Sledgehammer Games: Good news or bad?

For the uninitiated, Sledgehammer was also working alongside Raven Software on Black Ops Cold War during the initial phase. However, due to the differences between the two studios, Activision had to bring in Treyarch to take control. The failure of Sledgehammer in developing Cold War raises concerns for many fans.

Since it will be the only studio working on the upcoming Call of Duty title, it has complete freedom. With all this freedom comes the ability to experiment with ideas and innovate. Rest assured, fans can expect Sledgehammer to deliver its best and redeem itself with Call of Duty 2021.
