Call of Duty League celebrated its inaugural year by allowing fans to choose winners for certain awards. The Call of Duty League Fan Choice Awards awarded ten plus awards to the participating pros chosen by fans.
The best of CDL, starting from the “Clutch of the Year” to the “2021 Player to Watch” every award was a celebration of the success of the CDL franchise.
Further to that, all the voting was done online. Call of Duty League ended on August 30 with Dallas Empire grabbing the crown. Nonetheless, the inaugural year for the League was made memorable with these awards.
Yesterday also marked the end of the All-Star Weekend. 32 of the best in the League battled out in the 1v1 fashion to claim the crown. The finals saw a matchup of the same League finalists. Atlanta FaZe’s Cellium faced three-time World Champion Clayster of the Dallas Empire. In two very close rounds, Cellium claimed the dub 2-0.
