Call of Duty Mobile Season 13 has an interesting meta with weapons. The entire play style of the game changed when the nerfs and buffs update happened. After 12 seasons, Activision has heavily nerfed the Dead Silence perk in the game.

Now, players can utilize Dead Silence only if they are walking or crouching. Funnily enough, probably no one will remember the last time a player walked in CoDM. Therefore, Season 13 has changed it all for the run and gun CoDM players.

With footsteps thronging in every lane, gun-fights are more rapid than before. No more sneaking around with the Fennec, taking enemies by surprise. If you run with the Akimbo, expect to get shot from all angles.

The Fennec and HVK-30 nerf has also changed the class of meta weapons we had for a month. Apart from the two new weapons that came out this season, some old ones are still reliable.

  1. ASM-10– Few players will speak about the versatility of this gun, but for the past three seasons, it has been a top choice. With high damage and headshot accuracy, the ASM-10 is capable of killing in three shots. The bullet spread accuracy of this weapon is extremely good with the right build. Hip-firing at 10 meters is lethal with this weapon and a go-to strategy at close ranges, considering the ASM-10 has a high ADS time.
  2. QXR– Activision released the MP7 inside CoDM and it is definitely a broken weapon with the right build. The fire rate is insane and the time-to-kill is just above a second. Though it is an SMG, the weapon is exceptional at range. Unlike the Fennec, this gun has an acute recoil pattern. But it is a suitable replacement of the RUS-79U or the Cordite.
  3. Peacekeeper- MK2– Another new gun this season, the Peacekeeper MK2 is extremely fun to wield. It has an iron-sight that closely resembles the base Man-O-War’s. The gun has unique attachments of its own, including the only magazine flip animation reload in the game. The fast mobility build for this AR is perhaps the best way to use it.
  4. DR-H – Similar to the ASM-10, this weapon has been a stable choice for a long time now. The new 30 OTM magazine makes it a three-shot weapon while having exceptional range and hip-fire accuracy.
  5. Locus- The Locus has been the sniper of choice for some time now, and CoDM has fixed sniping this season. It provides a direct kill with an upper torso shot, and the ADS speed is terrific for a low mobility weapon. Also notice the change in the field of view in the base scope of the weapon. Overall, if you missed killing enemies with one shot while running around with a sniper, pick the Locus now.

There are other guns that can compete with the weapons mentioned above. However, most of it depends on the weapon build. These top five weapons have the best average accuracy and damage in the game. Other notable mentions would be the Chopper and the HVK-30.
