The trailer reveals an organization called the ‘Shadow Company’. The official blog reads “An elite PMC, Shadow Company operates outside the boundaries of the original Armistice. Forged from the fires of in-fighting between the Coalition and the Allegiance, Shadow Company has a framework and agenda all of their own.

“Ostensibly Allegiance Operators who have grown impatient with Coalition progress under the command of Captain Price, Shadow Company is a splinter group formed without compromise, ready to take the war directly to Mr. Z and into Verdansk and deal with terrorist threats directly.”
New Operators in Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Season 5
So there you have it, an organization that came into being due to the existing fight between the Allegiance and Coalition. The Shadow Company consists of 3 new operatives who go by the name Lerch, Velikan, and Roze. Lerch is a former U.S Marine and Roze joined the Shadow Company when he shifted from the Allegiance faction (Jackals). There is hardly any info about Velikan.

Also, does the guy in the middle look familiar? He goes by the name Tony Sentmanat, a retired USMC veteran and also an Instagram fitness coach/influencer. He specializes in combat training.
The trailer didn’t give out much about the story or the map changes, or even anything about the upcoming Call Of Duty 2020 title. But we couldn’t help but notice that the voice we heard in the background was hauntingly similar to General Shepherd’s.
Shepherd is the main antagonist from Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and he died in that game. We know that this sounds ridiculous but could it be possible?

No news on COD 2020
The Season 5 update will roll out on the 5th of August. But where does this leave the Call Of Duty 2020 announcement? According to rumors, the game is called “Black Ops Cold War’. The campaign and multiplayer map codenames have also reportedly leaked for this game and there is still no official word on it. If the voice in the trailer does turn out to be Shepherd, could it mean that is somehow related to the COD 2020 announcement? There are a lot of unanswered questions here and hopefully, we will get our answers soon.
