Call of Duty: Warzone fans have had some enjoyable moments over the past few weeks. From the announcement of a new multiplayer title to the arrival of an anti-cheat, fans have loved every second. While it’s a still long while away, it seems like fans believe that the good times on Verdansk will return soon, and the community can’t wait to see it.
Over the course of the past few months, the popular Battle Royale title has introduced some cool Limited Time Events. Recently, players even witnessed the reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Vanguard with the Battle of Verdansk. However, many fans believe that the title had its best moment during Halloween last year and they want to see it return this year as well.

Call of Duty: Warzone community wants to see the return of Haunting of Verdansk
In a Reddit post on r/CODWarzone, fans of the game clamored for the return of a popular event. The event in question is the Haunting of Verdansk, which took place during Halloween last year. It added multiple modes including the Zombie Royale and Juggernaut Royale for fans on Call of Duty: Warzone. Plus, it also added in Haunted Verdansk as well.
Nighttime Verdansk also had a lot of fans as well. The night variant of the map allowed fans to play differently with elements of stealth added to it. The game became much quieter and slower, and it definitely gave a new twist to the classic mode. Since then, fans have wanted to see it return, and Halloween seems to be the perfect opportunity this year.

Zombies in Verdansk again?
During the Halloween events, Verdansk also had some zombies in it. This was before these characters consumed the entire map, which caused the massive nuke to destroy it. Even though the zombie season ended a few months ago, players would love to see them return for a while with the Zombie Royale mode as well.

It remains to be seen if Raven Software will bring back many of the elements from Haunting of Verdansk for the year 2021. Call of Duty: Warzone is on the rise again recently, and this event would be the icing on the cake before the arrival of Vanguard. So fans are hopeful that the developers add in something cool to the last event of this year’s cycle.
