Sony’s Naughty Dog Studios is responsible for one of the most iconic titles in the world. They are home to The Last Of Us, a game that reserves a special place in every fan’s heart. And since its first release, fans have spent countless hours re-living Joel and Elllie’s iconic storyline. For instance, Last Of Us 2 took home a massive number of awards, including The Game Of The Year 2020. So, it was always a merry time at the Naughty Dog headquarters.

But now, it looks like a dark shadow is lingering over its head as it received major backlash post-TLOU PC port. Apparently, fans were not happy with the game’s state and almost asked for ‘refunds.’ So, to calm down the storm, the devs uploaded a post assuring a bright future for this port as well as for all the games releasing in the future.

The Last Of Us Devs are trying all possible ways to save the PC port

Since its release, the TLOU PC port did not rest well with the community as it received a negative rating of 33.65%. Naughty Dog’s Twitter page revealed the information themselves, asking fans what went wrong. “If you’re playing the game now, have you experienced issues?” they asked in the post.

And with that, they also uploaded another post, pouring some faith in their community. They said, “Naughty Dog on the future of their PC games: Rest assured, PlayStation and PC players, we’re already looking forward to sharing more, whether you prefer a DualSense controller or a keyboard and mouse.”

For those uninitiated, there was one major reason why the TLOU PC port failed. Iron Galaxy, the PC studio, took the matter into its hands to publish the game but failed miserably. Plus, they had previously received major backlash during Batman: Arkham Knight and Uncharted Collection. So, it was shocking to see Sony shake hands for such an important thing. But we know Sony and its stronghold in the industry. So, it would be a time of just a few days before Naughty Dog and Sony sit down and take out a long-term solution. Till then, just wait and watch!
