The Showtime PPV fight touched the expected number of sales for such a high-profile matchup. It was earlier reported that both fighters would get a guaranteed eight-figure cheque for undertaking this mammoth of a showdown, but the final numbers are staggering.

As per reports, both fighters received $25 million each. Further, their fight grossed $55 million in domestic buys and had a gate revenue of more than $20 million.
