Floyd Mayweather Still Holds Grudge Against This Real Estate Developer a Year After Being Sued, Remains Adamant on Exposing Him

Almost a year ago, Floyd Mayweather was involved in a lawsuit against him and his manager, Al Haymon, because of an alleged breach of contract. A Californian real estate investor, Joseph Englanoff, accused Mayweather Promotions, Haymon, and Mayweather himself of not paying his investors back. They had numerous people buying tickets, for almost $1.4 million, for his Logan Paul exhibition fight. There were claims of tickets being sold so as to earn profits. Englanoff’s company, Yogi Securities Holdings LLC sued Mayweather for the alleged fraud of $5.856 million.

Before this debacle, Englanoff and Mayweather were quite good friends for a long time, and Mayweather even considered him like his own “family”. ‘Money’ was even considering buying one of the houses in Bel Air, adding one more property to his collection of 9 skyscrapers. Well, things changed after the lawsuit, and now Mayweather seems to hold a grudge against his plaintiff.

A YouTuber, Spencer Cornelia, made an exposé video on the plaintiff, Joseph Englanoff. In the beginning, he was making it from the perspective of Mayweather’s defense but later when the word got around, a lot of people started suspecting Englanoff’s suspicious deeds. That’s when he realized that this thing is bigger than it seems. And that’s when he dived deeper into the story. In his 10 minutes 31 seconds video, he spoke about a couple of discrepancies.

Then he also shed light on Mayweather’s situation, and how Englanoff never spoke to him, despite Cornelia reaching out to him several times. This video took Cornelia a year to make, but finally, it’s out for the public to see. Since the day this video has been posted, Mayweather hasn’t stopped sharing it on his Instagram. Recently, he shared three consecutive Stories on the subject with Englanoff’s picture in the video’s link and he also wrote, “Click to watch this video about Joseph and Gilat Englanoff“.

The lawsuit against Mayweather still stands still, but Mayweather has been very adamant about exposing the real estate investor. Well, this was regarding Mayweather’s exhibition contest against the famous Youtuber, Logan Paul. But notably, after the fight, even Paul sued Mayweather for not paying him his PPV share of the fight.

Logan Paul wished to drag Mayweather to court

Reportedly, Mayweather made big money through the Logan Paul exhibition bout, and he got around $65 million in his pocket, besides the money he got after selling the shorts sponsorship. Meanwhile, Logan Paul got paid $250,000, in addition, he also received ten percent of the PPV sales, amounting to $5 million.

But Paul has come forward in one of his old interviews, and claims that he hasn’t received all of his payment yet. He made it known that he’s been allegedly scammed by ‘Money’. In his conversation with TMZ Sports, Paul said, “No, he [Floyd Mayweather] has not paid me in full.” He later admitted that he wouldn’t be sitting quiet, instead, he is going to get his money back. “See you in the courtroom. Congrats on going to prison, Floyd,” Paul said.
