A Mindset Toward Victory, Francis Ngannou and his philosophy

There is one thing Francis Ngannou has learned from Mike Tyson. Apart from the boxing acumen he needs to excel against Tyson Fury, it is a mindset that he inherits. In a candid conversation with ‘Iron Mike’, ‘The Predator’ Ngannou also spoke on his idea of being a champion. He said, Most people think that the belt makes you champion, champion is a mindset.”

A user seemed hopeful after listening to what Ngannou had to say. Additionally, the prospect of working with Mike was promising. The user said, “I love how francis is working with Mike, gives me a little hope for when he faces tyson fury.

A lot of users seemed to focus more on how the fighter had worn his headphones than on the point he was making. Taking a dig at those folks, another person commented, “Bro makea a really good pint and everyomes stuck on his headphones Imao.

Pointing out the hypocrisy of people who claim to second his thought process but later emphasize the importance of winning a belt, someone further said, “People will say “fact”, but when they see a boxer think he’s a champion before he’s got the belt, they’ll be happy to spit in his face.

Later, another admirer of the Mike and Francis combination also said, “Mike & Francis, the duo we didn’t know we needed… Humble champs, great men.”

However, to top it all off, someone compared the role played by Mike Tyson in the fight to the character of Oracle from the movie, Matrix. Oracle is a major supporting character in the title who is able to calculate the future. The user commented, “Tyson is the oracle in the matrix.”

As we inch closer to the big fight scheduled to take place on the 28th of October, it is certain that fans will have polarizing opinions to spill on the matchup. Tyson Fury enters the ring against his debutante opponent Francis Ngannou in a fight that does not have the former’s title on the line. However, the matchup will still go down under a championship rulebook.
