I messaged Eddie, I messaged everybody you could think of that can make this fight happen, so, it’s looking like the only thing that could stop it is him.” added Garcia.

He is willing to make the most honest and fair deal to make the fight happen. After all these efforts by Garcia, the only person who could possibly stop the fight from happening is Haney himself. If he does so, Garcia will also make sure that fans are aware of what conspired.
