What practice has Jake Paul followed religiously?

A strong foundation is necessary to build a skyscraper. By the looks of how Paul is progressing, one can be certain that he is standing on nothing wobbly. While talking to George Janko, Paul revealed who helped him become this version of himself.

Unlike most, the strict discipline that his father followed did not make him sour towards him. Quite on the contrary, it taught him the value of hard work. When asked whether the towering success he has achieved would be possible without his father, the Youtuber answered, “Yeah, it wouldn’t be possible at all. And my mom as well, it’s that learned behavior and that is everything, my mom is the one who taught me manifestation… and my grandpa taught her.”

Paul learned to trust himself and the process. As a child, he would repeat his goals every day, pulling himself closer to achieving them.

“That’s still a part of my daily practice till this day but the goals are much bigger but once I saw that it was real and it made me feel good and it brought more into my life, its essentially like manifestation, prayer, like it’s all kind of speaking it in existence,” he confessed.

Years later, the goals have multiplied, but the practice stays the same, according to him. Speaking about goals, let us take a look at what Paul is manifesting for this year.
