Though KSI and Logan Paul fought each other twice, first in an amateur bout and later in a professional match, it didn’t stop them from forging a strong business partnership. But the discontent between KSI and his partner’s younger brother, Jake Paul, never abated. Both crafted a distinct identity in the crossover genre and have, in their terms, become big-time promoters. Hence, rivalry remained an inescapable truth. Both have yet to trade punches. However, in a recent interview, KSI mentioned that he would prove himself better by defeating the man who handed Jake Paul his first pro loss. The latter may not have responded as many fans would have expected him to. But the August 22 press conference might have been a harbinger of things to come. KSI and Tommy Fury, so far overshadowed by the Danis-Paul puff, finally got a chance to go at each other. But sadly for them, it was John Fury who stole the limelight.
