These issues have bothered the boxer for a while now. Broner officially withdrew from his scheduled bout against Omar Figueroa Jr. in August last year citing mental health issues. The fight was originally set to take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. This decision marked a departure from the ring for Broner, with his last fight dating back to February 2021 when he secured a victory over Jovanie Santiago. The boxer might be slipping back into the clutches of the mental issue which even forced him to opt out of a fight.
