One thing about influencer boxing is that they do know how to sell the tickets. However, sometimes the means to that can be questionable. One such event is currently taking place as Logan Paul and Dillon Danis prepare to face one another. The route Danis took to build hype for the event has been criticized by a lot of fans and is a topic of heated debate on the internet. He has been incessantly trolling Nina Agdal with pictures from her past relationships.
Though Paul has stated that he wasn’t flustered while praising the model for not taking things to heart, these posts certainly have had an effect on the two. Moreover, Agdal even ended up suing the MMA Fighter. Recently, Anthony Joshua who is preparing for a bout against Deontay Wilder next year, gave his two cents on the matter.

Anthony Joshua backs Dillon Danis
Recently the Bellator fighter shared a screen record of a TikTok video on his Instagram story. The clip was taken from an interview done by Misfits Boxing with Anthony Joshua. In the video, the interviewer asks him if the former champion believes that Dillon Danis went too far, with “the family insults on Twitter?” However, the boxer has a different outlook on the situation.
He stated, “You know I’ll be real, in this game of boxing there are no rules. The internet is undefeated, all your information is out there. At the end of the day what you put out there they will always come back around full circle. So unfortunately they’re using this as a war tactic. And you’re at a war. So there are no low blows anything is acceptable in the art of war.”
It seems that Joshua thinks that Danis’ actions which are reminiscent of Conor McGregor’s against Khabib Nurmagomedov are not wrong considering the sport. He showed his support for the MMA fighter and seems to be against drawing a line when it comes to the back and forth-that takes place prior to a fight.
Danis stands proud as he gets sued by Nina Agdal
Recently, TMZ Sports revealed that Agdal had filed a lawsuit against Danis for his actions online. This could spell trouble for the fighter, who wasn’t perturbed even after receiving a ‘cease and desist’ letter from Logan Paul. According to TMZ Sports, Agdal had alleged that Danis’ post on August 11 was breaching federal and state laws. Apparently, the picture in question was a sexually explicit image of her taken during a “romantic encounter”. She is seeking a minimum of $150,000 for all the humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm she has suffered.

In addition, she is also trying for a restraining order, to prevent the MMA fighter from posting such images of her in the future as well. In response ‘El Jefe’ took to X to reply to the lawsuit. He wrote, “Nina Agdal has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop f*ck the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.” Danis appears to be unfazed by the possible jail time and fine and remains bold as of now.
