The Denver Nuggets won tonight against the Utah Jazz 110-102. However, that’s not the highlight. Well, the streak has now been going on for a couple of years. Recently, “The Joker” became the first player in NBA history to tally at least 500 points, 250 rebounds, and 150 assists in a single playoff run. With that in mind, the 2023 NBA Champion just broke another record, becoming the fourth in line to do so.

However, he doesn’t hold any fondness for these individual records. The two-time MVP, Nikola Jokic, is all eyes on the approaching championship title win. Well, the Denver Nuggets definitely hold a bright future ahead with Nikola on the team.

Nikola Jokic was on the hardwood while tackling the play against the Utah Jazz when he hit a tie with Akron Hammer and Jason Kidd. The Nuggets’ center recorded his 107th career triple-double on Monday night. With this record, he is now 4th on the list for securing the highest tally.

Escalating from the No. 5 position with a record of 105 triple-doubles in 596 games, he beat his own record tonight. With Russell Westbrook leading the list with 198 triple-doubles, the center has a long way to go to get to No. 1.

Scoring 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists, the player led the team to yet another win, ranking 4-0. It’s no secret that the Denver Nuggets have cracked the code to win every game, given their defense and offensive tactics.

The record is not a new thing for the star player. With triple-doubles, statistical totals, and unprecedented box scores, Jokic has gotten much attention this season. What ended with a title win was not foreseen on the cards. However, Jokic and Co made it a reality.

Although fans have been baffled about the record, every single one is there to support the franchise.

Nikola Jokic baffled the fans

Well, an unvalued player who chooses to stay with the franchise is indeed the best athlete. Although Jokic has set and broken many records, this one feels special. The fact that LeBron could achieve this pedestal only this year, in April, makes it an even more special achievement for the 28-year-old. Fans are appreciating the effort with great enthusiasm over the tweets.

One fan posted a GIF of Leonardo clapping. Apparently, a scene from the movie The Wolf of the Wall Street, clearly compliments Joker’s performance tonight.

While another fan was impressed by the notable achievements of the player, it was too early in the game.

There is this one comment that was curious about the fact that not much time is left before he crosses Russell Westbrook on the list.

Nikola indeed makes the game look too easy. And a fan pointed out the same thing.

While some fans were surprised that he achieved the 107 mark, others called him the best player in the league.
