WWE has been the dominant shark in the ocean of wrestling for over 4 decades now. The only promotion that came close to dethroning them from the top of the wrestling food chain was WCW during the ‘Monday Night Wars’. That just lasted a few years and eventually, WWE bought WCW in 2001.

But recently a similar scare has been creeping up in the form of rival promotion AEW. Their next PPV ‘All In’ at the Wembley Stadium in London already has sold out close to 80,000 reports which is a huge warning bell for the entire WWE camp. AEW wrestlers are upset with Tony Khan as they don’t know if they’re going to London

AEW’s upcoming event ‘All In’ will be its first-ever PPV outside of North America and also the first one to be held in a soccer stadium. The total number of seats for ‘All In’ are 87,825 out of which 74,888 have already been sold including comp tickets.

This will be the biggest turnout for any AEW event to date and could possibly be the biggest wrestling event for a North American promotion based on the number of tickets sold. But before this ground-breaking event, all is not well in the AEW camp. The promotion has booked only four matches for the main card so far, with the fans and wrestlers themselves in a state of dilemma as to who will feature in the marquee event.

A report in ‘SEScoops’ reads, “People want to know if they’re going to London, what the card is going to be… it’s a show everyone wants to be on. It’s like our WrestleMania 3, or maybe our WrestleMania 1, but there isn’t any urgency. People are scared we aren’t going to live up to this moment.”

The main frustration was that there is no sense of urgency even though the show is just one week away. With such backlash from the locker room, we wonder how Tony Khan will execute the entire show. But let’s take a look at the four matches that have already been decided for ‘All In’.

MJF will be defending his AEW World Championship against Adam Cole in the main event

This main event was announced at the 200th episode of AEW Dynamite. MJF has been the AEW World Champion since 2022 but Adam Cole will leave no stone unturned to wrap that belt around his waist by the end of the night. The two friends will face each other in London in what is set to be a memorable clash.

Other matches lined up include AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR defending their title against The Young Bucks. This will be quite an exciting match as they have been feuding for a long time.

Also, Darby Allin and wrestling legend Sting will be facing AR Fox and Swerve Strickland in a coffin match and we all know how brutally those end. Hikaru Shida will defend her AEW Women’s World Championship against Saraya, Toni Storm, and a to-be-decided fourth opponent.

A Zeri-Hour pre-show match will see MJF and Adam Cole team up to fight the Aussie Open for the ROH World Tag Team Titles. AEW may announce a couple of more matches or even have some impromptu matches at the event to live up to the huge expectations of the fans.
