A clip from an indie match was uploaded on X on December 16th where former WWE Champion and WWE Legend Mick Foley could be seen wrestling. The 58-year-old officially retired from wrestling in 2000 after losing to Triple H in a Hell in a Cell match. But since then he has made many sporadic appearances in WWE and other wrestling promotions.

One such appearance came into the foray recently, ahead of Christmas. In the minute-long clip, he could be seen dressed up as Santa Claus while delivering a few wrestling moves.

The clip is from an inter-gender match between John Wayne Murdoch and Tara Zepp from International Championship Wrestling, a wrestling promotion based in Surrey, BC. Foley made an unanticipated appearance in the match and delivered a kick to Murdoch’s gut, followed by a double-arm DDT.

He soon took out his iconic friend, Socko, and followed it up with a hit from a barbed wire back, a weapon that resonates with Foley’s hardcore persona from his WWE days as Mankind and Cactus Jack. Since the inter-gender match was a no-holds-barred event, interference from Foley and the use of weapons was allowed.
