Recently, Williams uploaded an Instagram post of her cute little daughter practicing on the tennis court. The adorable picture captures Olympia hitting a forehand, with her back straight and eyes fixed on the ball. With Serena standing at the back and looking at her daughter’s perfect stance in amazement.

Captioned “turn, back, reach, head, follow through”, Williams’ fans applauded her daughter, with many calling Olympia a champion in the making. The American regularly posts pictures on Instagram with her endearing daughter.

Williams is married to Ohanian Sr, who is the co-founder of Reddit and an American investor. Ohanian Sr. has been often spotted in the stands to support his wife with his daughter. At the 2020 US Open, the father-daughter duo was captured cheering for Williams in the player’s box.

With less than a month left for the Australian Open, Williams will aim to equal Magaret Court’s record of winning 24 Grand Slam titles. Unfortunately, Williams has lost in all her four major championship finals appearances and will hope to break the jinx.

The 39-year-old will arrive in Australia in mid-January and then will quarantine in Adelaide instead of Melbourne. As per the guidelines issued by the health authorities, players will quarantine for two weeks along with their entourage. She will be joined by her sister, Venus Williams, in the Adelaide bubble.

Having won the Australian Open a record seven times, Williams hasn’t gone past the quarterfinals stage at Melbourne Park in the last three years. Serena’s last Australian title came in 2017 when she defeated Venus Williams in straights sets in the final.
