Nick Kyrgios and Anna Kalinskaya have pretty much confirmed the dating rumors surrounding them. The pair went to spectate a basketball match of the LA Lakers team at the Staples Center. No doubt it was Nick’s idea of a date, seeing as he is crazy about basketball. Perhaps even more so than tennis.

Anna Kalisnkaya posted a picture of the two on her Instagram account. Her caption hints at their possible relationship.

While Anna donned the LA Lakers jersey, with LeBron James’ number 8, Nick had his Boston Celtics jersey on as he usually does.

Nick Kyrgios last played at the Mexico Open in Acapulco. The defending champion had a hard time in Acapulco. Carrying a wrist injury, the Aussie was forced to quit his match against Ugo Humbert after losing the first set.

The crowd did not take kindly to his retirement, booing the Aussie as he walked off the court. Never one to take anything lying down, Nick blasted the crowd for their disrespect towards him. However, he did not stop there, he even ridiculed Mexico, saying the country produced no decent tennis player.

Kalinskaya is still a young and up and coming tennis player on the WTA tour. The Russian youngster, too, played at the Mexico Open in the last week of February. She lost to Tamara Zidansek of Slovenia in the first round.

She last played at the Oracle Challenger Series in Indian Wells, once again losing in the very first round to Usue Arconada rather meekly.

Currently ranked World No. 112, Anna has a career-high ranking of World No. 96 which she achieved back in October of 2019. This was possible because of her run to the Round of 16 of the US Open after winning three qualifying matches.
