In this video, he said, “What it means to be in shape? Well, everybody has different abilities and genetics. To me to be fit doesn’t mean to have to the same configuration of a model on the cover of the magazine. It means to be healthy. Injury-free and to feel good in our own skin. You should create a routine of something you like to do, to stay active. And stick to it no matter what. Of course some days you will not feel like doing it, it’s going to be hard. But remember, if it was easy, everybody would be in shape. And that’s not the case. So consistency is the secret guys. Have a good weekend!”
