Philippe Coutinho has undoubtedly been one of Liverpool’s most talented attacking midfielders since a long time. With a technical side & a magical touch to his game, the Brazilian will most likely remain the best player in the Reds side for years to come. Let’s take a look at some of his finest goals in the Liverpool red.

5.   Liverpool 1-0 QPR (19/05/2013)

It was Carragher’s final game for Liverpool and magician Coutinho ensured that Reds legend was given a nice farewell as his bullet strike secured a 1-0 victory at Anfield over Queens Park Rangers . Coutinho just took one touch from a pass from young debutant Jordon Ibe and lashed a low, slightly above ground right-foot shot past Rob Green from a full 25 yards into back of the net.

4. Bolton 1-2 Liverpool (4//2/2015)

It was the FA Cup fourth round replay at the Reebok Stadium and Liverpool were behind by 1 goal, a late goal from Raheem Sterling sealed progress but the match moment was a majestic effort from the Little Magician. Coutinho got a pass from Jordan Henderson and quickly flipped inside to his right foot and hit a looping and curling strike from the edge of the box that smashed in off the underside of the crossbar.

3. Liverpool 2-1 Manchester City (1/3/2015)

Just like the 13/14 finish Coutinho once again came to Liverpool’s rescue against Man City with 15 minutes to go and the scores level at Anfield. The Brazilian took possession from Sterling moved a bit along the box edge and as he cut inside and delivered a goal just like the one he scored at Bolton a month earlier. It almost crushed Manchester City’s hopes of retaining the Premier League title and helped Liverpool up to 5th.

2. Southampton 0-2 Liverpool (22/2/2015)

“It has got to be up there with Goal of the Season,” this was what Rodgers said in the post match Interview. With both sides chasing Champions League qualification , the match was a must win for both the sides. St Mary’s was rocked by Coutinho’s strike. Liverpool’s no 10  collected a pass inside from the left, turned his body to a central position and blasted a bullet, the ball was dipping and the long-range strike picked some swing and went into the net out of the keeper’s reach . It was also Liverpool’s goal of the season.

1. Stoke vs Liverpool (9/8/2015)

Just in the dying stages of the first Premier League game, Liverpool’s little magician came up with a screamer from 30-yards. The Brazilian looked quiet in the earlier stages of the game but his sublime finish helped Liverpool to kick start the campaign with 3 points. Surely, this goal will be contesting for the best goal as the season progresses.
