CS:GO: Brazilian Pro Breaks Hiatus to Join Imperial

Professional CS:GO organizations are always on the lookout for players with a unique style and skill. After all, who doesn’t want a squad full of young promising players, capable of winning silverware?
This summer has been full of surprises and we’ve just had another one in CS:GO. Imperial, the Brazilian esports organization has confirmed the signing of Lucas “LUCAS1” Teles. Lucas1 joins the team as a free agent and on a permanent basis.

CS:GO: Imperial Confirms Signing
The experienced 25-year-old has previously represented teams MiBR and Immortals. In fact, he was a member of popular Brazilian CS:GO outfit, MiBR until he was replaced by Ignacio “meyern” Mayer in December. Fresh off a hiatus, Lucas1 will surely be motivated as ever to dive back into the highly competitive world of CS:GO.
LUCAS1 will replace Denis “dzt” Fischer, who has been a very influential player for Imperial. Sadly, though, he has failed to perform since the Aorus League #1 Finals. Lucas1 will join two-time Major winner Lincoln “fnx” Lau at Imperial, whom the organization picked up back in June. the pair will bring some much-needed experience to the team.

Lau has spent most of his Counter-Strike career in North America. He enjoyed a lot of success with his previous team. He spent five years with the outfit, helping them reach the finals at PGL Major Krakow in 2017.

Looking Forward to Playing Again

In a video posted by Imperial, Lucas admits that he is looking forward to being back in action. Having been part of some great esports organizations like Immortals, MiBR, 100 Thieves, and Luminosity Gaming, the 25-year-old professional brings a ton of experience to the table. he will, no doubt, prove useful in the Imperial roster.
He will get his first chance to make a mark in the semi-finals of CBCS’ The Conquest, against Havan Liberty. LUCAS1 has also revealed that he will be a part of the team Bootcamp in Serbia before the Regional Major Ranking tournament in South America.
