Cyberpunk 2077 has less than three weeks left for the release, and the last trailer has seeped some more information. A couple of days earlier, CD Projekt RED released a gameplay trailer with constant narration. We believe it might be the last look we get before CDPR launches the game this December. The trailer provides us massive details on Johnny Silverhand and a glance at all the work Keanu Reeves has put in.

There were multiple videos that followed, highlighting the amount of work that went into creating the soundtracks and background score. Keanu Reeves has his own trailer as well that speaks about Silverhand and the kind of person he was when he was alive. It shows his military past, which later turned chaotic and destructive. It seems like players will have to make do with Silverhand’s chip inserted in their character’s head quite early on in the game.

We already know Cyberpunk’s story progression will involve acute decision making. Therefore, whether you would want to listen to a man who “burned down half the city just to prove he was right” and “the other half just for fun“, might be up to you.

Becoming a ‘living weapon’ in Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk tweeted about their ‘living weapon’ upgrades yesterday.

The gameplay trailer provided a short insight into this feature. Due to the futuristic context of the story, cybernetics is an integral part of the game. Players, as they progress through the game, can upgrade their bodies using various artificial enhancements to become a ‘living weapon’.

As seen in the picture above players can enhance almost every important biological system in the body with cyberware. Much like upgrading your PC, this will also require a fair amount of in-game currency.
