Cyberpunk 2077 is, without a doubt, the most anticipated game of the year. A recent video by the CP2077 YouTube channel explains one of the most eye-catching aspects of Night City life- the style. This is something that catches the eye in almost everything related to the Cyberpunk genre.

In every cyberpunk movie, comic book, or artwork, one eye-catching feature that defines it is the futuristic aesthetic of the world. The world in CP2077 has a specific feel to it that is defined by its style.

This “style” encompasses everything: the cars, the buildings, the way everyone dresses up, and so on.

Digging deep into the style of Cyberpunk 2077

As the episode explained, Night City has four distinct visual styles, each with a different name. These styles have their own status, features, and history.

Kitsch

This visual style entails neon hair and tattoos and is synonymous with the street-glam style. Throwing in a bit of chrome in the mix, this one paints the whole futuristic feel. Functionality, however, comes second with the Kitsch visual style.

This is the gamut of visual style that spells glamour. The carefree Kitsch visual style gets a touch of bling to form the bold style of the Neokitsch. This is the style of celebrities and business magnates.
